Usually a photoshoot requires 1 to 2 hours, depending on the dimensions of the property, its characteristics and the required services. Some other may take a bit longer, especially with bigger luxury villas. Every custom price quote we issue includes detailed info regarding on site time.
If you can't be present during the photoshoot, that is not a problem. Many clients opt for our services specifically to avoid spending valuable sales and promotion time. We only need access to the property, which we will coordinate before the session date. Keep in mind the property has to be prepared and ready.
The required time for image edition is usually 2 to 4 business days. It may be slightly higher depending on the current season, the number of images to be delivered and the required quality level. Every custom price quote we issue includes detailed info regarding total editing time required for the delivery of the final work.
Professional image editing includes custom adjustment of white balance, composition and framing, lens aberrations, chromatic aberrations, exposure, highlights/shadows, temperature/tint and HDR techniques to take advantage and enhance image dynamic range. Usually the deletion of objects in pictures is not included, but if you need it you may just let us know.

At Improntia we have a very simple cancellation and rescheduling policy. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, so cancellations or postponements required up to 48 hours before the day and time of scheduled photoshoot will not be charged.
After capturing images on site they are professionally edited. If the photoshoot includes walkthrough videos or a 360° virtual tour or virtual staging, etc. the delivery time will be defined according to the services required. The finished material is delivered digitally (digital download): we will send you an email with one or more links to a folder/s in the cloud with the resulting material. We also make sure to keep that copy for 60 days so you have plenty of time to download it.
The images (pictures and 2D virtual staging) are delivered in JPG (RGB) format in resolution of 3840 pixels on their longest side, ready to be uploaded to any online platform or even your website. You will also have available a low resolution version as well. The walkthrough video is in FullHD 1080p 30fps (1920x1080) resolution in MP4 H.265 format, ready to use on any video player, device or platform. The 360° virtual tour is programmed and compiled on the Matterport platform, compatible with Idealista and many other real estate portals, ready to be published. The Schematic Plans and 3D Plans are in JPG (sRGB) format, ready to be uploaded to any platform. The original RAW files are not included in the delivery of the finished material.
